As a Management Consultant to more than 20 organizations, he brings extensive leadership and business expertise that continues to shape the company’s vision and long-term success.

Technical Head
An M.Tech. graduate from IIT Powai, Shri. Nikhil G. Vaze combines strong technical expertise with practical industry experience. After contributing to CFD simulation software development at Ansys-Fluent Pvt. Ltd., Pune, he has spent over 11 years driving engineering innovation, product development, and operational excellence.
Shri. Ajey G. Vaze
Finance & Systems
Shri. Ajey G. Vaze leads the company’s finance and systems functions with a focus on governance, efficiency, and compliance. A Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with a PGDCA, he combines financial expertise with technology-driven insights to strengthen business processes and support sustainable growth.

From bar cutting and CNC machining to gear grinding and profile inspection, every gear is manufactured and controlled in-house.
Each component is engraved with a unique serial number and every finished product is barcoded or QR coded for complete lifecycle traceability.
Comprehensive inspection facilities including CMM, hardness testing, surface finish testing, MPI, and spring testing ensure zero compromise on quality.
